To be successful in this role, you will need to have experience caring for multiple children, have excellent attention to detail and be a discreet and professional caregiver. This is a fast-paced and demanding role with high expectations; proven ability to juggle multiple priorities and having a team oriented mindset while remaining calm and collected is essential in this role. The family values someone who is extremely motivated, warm and upbeat, enjoys being active, and takes initiative with the children and around the house. Adhering to and helping to facilitate planned schedules is expected.
