Full-time Nanny required for a warm and loving Scarsdale, NY family with two young children, starting ASAP. Specific duties to be negotiated with the family, but in general, you will be responsible for providing nurturing care, interacting with both children in a fun, stimulating, and age-appropriate way, food prep/cooking, daily routines + light child related housekeeping. Both parents work long hours in Manhattan and are looking for a responsible, reliable and proactive individual who will be a respectful and trustworthy nanny. The family values a good attitude, and a willingness to pitch in/team player mentality. Recent experience with older infants/young toddlers is essential for this role. The family will welcome their long term nanny with generosity and kindness and candidates established in Westchester will be a strong match for this family. A driver's license is required (the family home is not easily accessible by public transport) and daily driving is expected in the family vehicle (school drop, activities, etc). Family does have a small dog.

Location: Scarsdale, NY

Start date: ASAP

Days/times: Family will guarantee between 50-55 hours per week - Monday through Friday. General weekday hours are 7am - 6pm. All strong candidates are encouraged to apply!

Additional weeknight or weekend hours available for interested candidates (family does have additional babysitters as needed)

Children: One son (born April 2021) + daughter (born July 2024)

Conditions: $30-35/hr (paid as W2 employee) plus paid vacation, sick/personal days, public holidays + travel related expenses (if applicable).

• Authorization to work in the US
• A minimum of 3 years experience as a nanny, 5-10 years preferred
• A well-suited demeanor for working with toddlers and school age children
• Exceptional childcare references that attest to strong communication skills, reliability, punctuality, maturity and high emotional intelligence
• Education or equivalent knowledge of ages and stages of child growth and development
• Readiness to help with light housekeeping and all tasks related to childcare (meal prep, organizing, laundry, etc.)
• Reliable transportation, and clean drivers license with clean driving record - daily driving (in family vehicle is expected)
• A professional appearance
• Comfortable with small dogs
